Cost
The monthly fees are as low as prudently possible while still allowing the Board of Managers to meet their fiduciary responsibilities. The home is incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation and has an endowment accrued over the years from bequests by former residents and other sources. Residents of the home are provided with a private room, well planned and nutritious meals, and a laundry service. While this is not a nursing home, some assistance is given in personal care where it is needed, such as distribution of medication.
